Old Girls' Association
OGA Presents: Carols and Cakes
10 November 2021
The Old Girls’ Association is delighted to be hosting Carols and Cakes, a fun and festive celebration guaranteed to get you in the mood for Christmas!
In a new take on past events, Carols and Cakes will be a little more informal than in previous years so don your Christmas jumpers and get your family and friends together to enjoy good company, fittingly festive refreshments and a seasonal sing-a-long!
It will be held on Sunday 19 December 2021 in the Senior School Hall. Refreshments are served at 3.30pm and the performance begins at 4.00pm.
Enthusiastic singers amongst you may wish to join in with the official performance. The OGA choir will again be directed by classical musician and Old Girl Aimée Presswood. Singers will meet on the day of the event to begin ‘scratch’ rehearsals before the late afternoon performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old friends, meet new ones, and to indulge a shared passion, so if you are keen to become involved with the choir’s Christmas performance, we are always enthusiastic about new members. To note your interest or for further information, please contact the OGA via email@example.com
Of course, we also need an audience! Carols and Cakes promises to be the perfect way to usher in the season, and we can’t wait to welcome you back to EHS. Why not get a group together and come along for a trip down memory lane? Old Girls, family and friends are all welcome. The event is free of charge but booking is essential. Book your tickets via ticketsource here but be quick - booking closes on Friday 10 December.
We hope to see you there. Please spread the word! Tag your friends in our event on the OGA Facebook page .
