Scholarships are awarded in recognition of a girl’s academic ability and potential, based on her entrance assessment and interview. It can be worth up to 50% of school fees, but isn’t related to the financial means of the girl’s family. (A bursary, on the other hand, is a means-tested award, designed to help families who have limited resources.)

We offer several different types of scholarship, as outlined below.

Year 7 Scholarships

We offer a number of Academic Scholarships on entry to Year 7 (11+). No separate application is necessary - they are awarded based on performance in our entrance examinations.

For keen and able musicians we offer 11+ Music Scholarships. A separate application must be made for these scholarships by the registration deadline.

If you are interested in applying for the Year 7 Music scholarship we advise submitting your registration form as early as possible to allow time to complete the separate scholarship application. The scholarship application forms will be made available to you once your registration is received and must also be completed by our Year 7 (11+) deadline (Monday 23 September 2024).
