Virtual Visit to a Parisian Café & Paris Fashion Week for Prep Girls

They also virtually took part in a French Fashion Show, all with the power of the Green Screen. As part of their food and drink topic, the Year Three girls acted out a role play in a Parisian café complete with outfits and props. The conversation involved ordering food and drink and asking for the bill in French. The girls are looking forward to seeing the final cut, complete with accordion music and French café background in their lesson next week.  

As part of their French clothes and uniform topic, Year Five have been describing their uniform in a rather different way. They have produced a French commentary for a fashion show in front of the Green Screen. Year Five paraded up and down the catwalk whilst describing their attire in French. They modelled a fashion accessory brought in from home alongside their uniform. These accessories included headbands, slippers, earmuffs, scarves and berets to name but a few. It certainly would rival any Paris Fashion Week performance. The girls can't wait to see the finished product complete with background and atmospheric music. 

The Green Screen certainly allowed us to visit France without having to set foot outside of school. Move over Coco Chanel and Brigitte Bardot. The EHS girls are hot on your heels. Vive EHS!
