Year 7 Begin Their EHS Journey

Their first big event was a bonding day on the school field, where pupils had the chance to try their hand at archery, test their balance on skateboards, and team up for Laser Tag battles. The day was filled with laughter and energy, and it provided the perfect opportunity to meet new people and strengthen friendships across the year group.

Not long after, the excitement continued with the Year 7 Disco, hosted by the pastoral team. Dance battles took centre stage as students showcased their moves, while classics like musical statues kept everyone on their toes. With prizes including the ever-popular Jelly cats, the atmosphere was buzzing with fun and friendly competition.

These events have given Year 7 a wonderful introduction to the EHS community, helping them to feel at home while making memories that will last long after their first term.
