On Tuesday afternoon, a group of Year Five and Six girls ventured to Warwick Prep for the Warwick 25’s Gala.

On Tuesday afternoon, a group of Year Five and Six girls ventured to Warwick Prep for the Warwick 25’s Gala.
This is the second time we have taken a group of girls to this competition and it was a hotly anticipated afternoon of swimming. The girls competed in individual races across 25m freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke, as well as the freestyle and medley relay, all swimming to the best of their ability. Many of the girls also took on strokes in races that were new to them, showing great courage and enthusiasm.
Each swimmer performed brilliantly and they should all be very proud of their efforts. We look forward to the rest of the swimming season and the exciting galas still to come!
