This Christmas, our school is proud to support Birmingham Hospice’s Treecycling campaign, a simple, eco-friendly way to recycle your real Christmas tree while helping local families who need support.

Taking part is as easy as one, two, TREE!

🌲 How it works

  • Book your Christmas tree collection and support Birmingham Hospice.
  • Volunteers will collect your tree from your home between Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 January 2026.
  • Your tree will then be chipped and recycled, helping reduce waste and protect the environment.

📍 Where collections are available

If you live in any of the following postcode areas, Treecycling can collect your tree:
B13, B14, B15, B16, B17, B23, B24, B25, B26, B27, B28, B29, B30, B31, B32, B33, B34, B35, B36, B37, B38, B42, B43, B44, B45, B46, B47, B62, B67, B68, B72, B73, B74, B75, B76, B90, B91, B92, B93, B94

❤️ Why get involved?

By booking Treecycling and making a donation, you will be helping Birmingham Hospice provide vital care for local people living with a terminal illness this festive season.

Your support can make a real difference:

  • £19 could pay for injectable medicines to help keep patients comfortable at home, allowing families to make special Christmas memories together.
  • £31 could fund one hour of community nursing, reaching people who may feel lonely or vulnerable at this time of year.
  • £59 could provide a bereavement support session to help families coping with grief during the festive season.

By taking part, your family can care for the planet and support our community, all by recycling your Christmas tree.
Let’s make this Christmas truly tree-mendous! 🎄
