On Tuesday 8 October, 40 enthusiastic Year 9 students travelled to the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London to watch the award-winning West End musical Wicked.
From the moment the curtain rose, students were captivated by the show’s vibrant costumes, impressive staging, and outstanding performances. The production brought the magical world of Oz to life, and the powerful storytelling left a lasting impression. Many students commented on how inspiring they found the story and were particularly struck by the talent of the cast.
The day was filled with excitement, energy, and plenty of smiles. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to experience live theatre in one of London’s most iconic venues, an experience they are sure to remember for years to come.
