We are delighted to invite parents and families to join us for our upcoming school production of The Red Shoes, adapted by Nancy Harris from the original tale by Hans Christian Andersen.

This powerful and atmospheric story breathes new life into a classic dark fairy tale, offering a modern twist that will captivate audiences of all ages. The production follows the journey of a young girl who comes into possession of a mysterious pair of magical red shoes. As the story unfolds, audiences are taken on a thought-provoking exploration of ambition, self-discovery, and the importance of learning to dance to your own tune.

Our talented students have worked incredibly hard to bring this imaginative and meaningful production to life, and we would love for you to support them by attending one of the performances.

We are extremely proud of all the students involved in this production, who have shown outstanding dedication throughout the rehearsal process. Their commitment, creativity, and teamwork have been evident at every stage, as they worked together to bring this imaginative and challenging piece to life on stage.

Productions like this are only possible with the continued support of our school community, and we would like to thank parents and carers for your ongoing encouragement of the Drama Department. We hope you will be able to join us to celebrate the students’ hard work and share in what promises to be an exciting and memorable performance.
