Year 4 Take up the Computing Challenge

Year 4 Computing Club members completed the annual Bebras Castors Challenge this week. This is an international competition which challenges pupils across the world to use computational and logical thinking to solve puzzles.
The girls have worked towards this point with much enthusiasm; meeting weekly to hone their problem solving skills and discuss tactics to solve tricky questions. The progress the girls have made in their teamwork skills and logical thinking is wonderful to observe and will set them in good stead for the future.
Every entrant will receive a certificate to commemorate their hard work. The winning team will be able to take part in the world's largest robotics-based life skills competition, The First LEGO League, run by the Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2023.
We now eagerly await the results from the challenge.
