Sports Fixtures Calendar Now Live

We are pleased to advise of a development to our school communication systems which we hope will improve the overall parent experience.
EHS has signed up to the UK’s leading school sports information provider SOCS. Parents will now be able to follow their child’s sports teams much more easily, including viewing accurate and up-to-date information on all fixtures, syncing their child’s fixture list with their personal calendar using ical and viewing team sheets and results. Pupils will also be able to check team sheets on a big screen at school as well as accessing this information online.
SOCS operates primarily as a virtual noticeboard and replaces the current system of using a team sheet in school. SOCS sport can be accessed by clicking the sports calendar link on the EHS website - see Header Menu on the Home Page. Parents and pupils will receive an email prior to the fixture from the teacher in charge with the travel and time details.
We are confident that parents will quickly see the benefits of the new system and we very much welcome any feedback.
