Congratulations to Year 8 pupil Simar who has been selected to play for Bournville Girls Football Club for the 2021/2022 season. 

A keen footballer from an early age, Simar spent the summer holidays attending numerous training sessions, showcasing her skills by taking part in matches and tournaments against County teams, which has in turn led to her selection.

Alongside playing for the team she is a role model to younger footballers too, having taken on coaching with an U7 team, a fact that is testament to her amazing football skills and demonstrative of her burgeoning leadership and mentoring capabilities. Well done, Simar!
