On Monday 18 October, I and many other girls with an interest in a career in the film/television industry had the pleasure of speaking with Old Girl Sarah Learmonth.

Via a zoom call, Sarah offered us a fantastic insight into her career; from things she wishes she did differently to what her future goals are. Sarah shared some important advice with us surrounding university placements and offered advice on how to network yourself in the industry.

Sarah is currently working for a Birmingham-based production company and working for the TV show ‘Save My Skin’ which you can watch on BBC Three! I, along with the other girls who spoke with Sarah, took away many important pieces of advice and thoroughly enjoyed our chat with her!
