Maths Christmas Quick on the Draw

This week, Year 9 and 10 competed in our annual Christmas ‘Quick on the Draw’ activity. Year 10 started the festivities and used their problem-solving skills to answer some challenging problems. The winning group was from St Francis house – well done to Manpreet, Daisy, Matilda, Zara, Sabiha and Chloe.
Year 9 then stepped in to Christmas and attempted the challenge. The competition was neck and neck throughout. However, one group pulled ahead right at the end and took the crown. The winning group was from St Andrew’s - congratulations to Anya, Safa, Guneet, Eliza and Holly. Well done to all groups involved, you have earned some valuable house points for your houses.
We now look forward to seeing how Years 7 and 8 do before the end of term.
