Virtual Awards Ceremony for 2020 Leavers

The Autumn Term is usually host to our prestigious Speech Night Event held in the University of Birmingham’s Great Hall. The evening is often a highlight of the Senior School’s calendar and despite current circumstances, we couldn’t let this occasion surpass us without a celebration.
This year, our event will therefore be held virtually, as we celebrate the achievements of ‘Year 14’ and reminisce on their time at EHS. A number of School Prizes will be awarded to the cohort for individual academic success, sporting achievements, musical performance and contribution to the school and wider community.
The ceremony will be available to view on the Schools Youtube Channel ‘Edgbaston High School Official’ at 7pm on Friday 13 November 2020.
We do hope, that wherever our Leavers, Parents and Staff may be that we can all raise a cheer on Friday evening to the Class of 2020. We are proud of their resilience this year, wish them well in their endeavours and look forward to welcoming them back to the school again as ‘Old Girls’ in the near future.
