Tree Lighting Marks Start of Festive Season

Yesterday girls in Years 3-6 gathered on the terrace for the school’s Tree Lighting event.
This annual occasion marks the start of the festive period at EHS and the busy run up to the end of the Autumn Term. Wrapped up against the chill, music staff were out in force to accompany the four Christmas songs of good cheer that really set the mood. Mrs Macro then began the countdown, with the girls in unison, and the lights came on amidst loud cheers! Everyone enjoyed some chocolate to add to the festive spirit of the occasion.
It's beginning to look like Christmas at EHS!
