Swimmers Make a Splash at Warwick 50s

Earlier this week, a team of four EHS swimmers attended Warwick School for the Warwick 50s event. This is a prestigious competition that sees up to 15 schools, Oundle, Berkhampstead, Bedford and Stamford amongst them, competing in each age group. The team swam phenomenally well, all swimmers gaining new personal bests. We placed 1st in two Individual events for the Individual Medley and Backstroke and two 3rd places in Freestyle and Breaststroke.
These results combined with two excellent swims in the relays to give EHS the edge, and we were delighted to be announced as champions in the U13 age group!
Very well done to Sophie Bushell, Lily Wang, Jemima Harlin and Captain Isla Batchelor, all of whom are pupils in either Year 7 or 8. Go Team EHS!
