Everyone loves a baby!

On Tuesday morning parents gathered together for refreshments ahead of one of our favourite days of the year, the Westbourne Christmas production.
This year the performance which represented the traditional Christmas story was called ‘Everyone loves a Baby’. The girls had clearly worked very hard to learn all of their words for the many songs and the Reception narrators guided the story extremely well with their clear articulation.
Five children, Stu, Pru, Hugh, Sue and Boo, were not impressed by the birth of a baby who they thought would just make a noise and be smelly. They could not understand everyone else’s excitement. They did, however, change their mind at the end and joined in the celebrations with everyone else!
Our thanks to Mrs Robinson and all Westbourne staff for another spectacular show filled with ‘sparkle and shine!’
