EHS to support BCM Toy Link appeal

This year, Edgbaston High School for Girls shall once again be supporting the Birmingham City Mission (BCM) Toy Link campaign.
Each Christmas, Birmingham City Mission provides gifts to around 3,000 children in our city. These children would otherwise not receive any Christmas presents. Thanks to the generosity of Birmingham’s people the BCM Christmas toy distribution to families in need has been running for 50 years. They also support the city's residents all year round, not just at Christmas time.
Pupils and members of staff volunteered at the mission last year and can testify to how worthwhile a project this is. As a school, we wish to donate as many gifts as possible. Toys are for children aged between 0-15 years and should be new. Please leave them unwrapped. See the flyer below for further information.
We shall start our collection next week, on Monday 25 November, and presents should be delivered to room G12.
