Yr 10 South American Cookery

Last week, EHS was pleased to offer the Year 10 Food and Nutrition GCSE students an opportunity to have a practical lesson. As you might expect this was no normal food lesson! The girls were provided with the ingredients and recipes blind, for 5 South American dishes, which they then made using the GCSE technique of dovetailing, within a three hour period.
As you can see from the photographs the girls concentrated hard and prepared, cooked and presented all five dishes very successfully, which they then enjoyed for lunch. Very well done girls!
