EHSPA Family Camp - Saturday 29 June

The EHSPA would like to invite you to an inaugural Family Camp on Saturday 29 - Sunday 30 June. We hope to encourage EHS families of all ages to join us and camp out for the
evening.
The camp will be held at the school playing fields and would begin with set up on Saturday 29 June from 16:00. We aim to offer rounders, team building activities and fun. In
terms of food and refreshments, you are welcome to bring a picnic (no nuts please) for Saturday evening food or we shall be offering a pizza oven van for dinner - to be
purchased at an additional cost - and EHSPA will be organising a bar and the facilities to make hot drinks. Toilet and shower facilities are available in the newly refurbished
sports pavilion.
Once dark, around 9:30pm, we have booked ‘Skylight Cinema’ for an outdoor cinema screening and will show a family film. Families can then settle down for the night to sleep and on the Sunday morning, our intention is to offer a hot breakfast before a set down of the camp at 10.30-11.00. Breakfast will incur an additional cost.
In order to cover costs, the prices are:
Adults £10 each
Children over 5 years old £8 each
Under 5’s no charge
The costs of this event will be added on to your next school bill.
You are also welcome to attend the event and not camp over if you prefer, however the costs remain the same.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept additional families on the day of the camp, as final numbers will have been confirmed. For the same reason costs will not be refunded in a case of non-attendance. The camp will only be cancelled under extreme weather conditions and a decision would be made on the day.
Children are not permitted to attend without an adult, and responsibility for the supervision and safety of children will lie in the care of the supervising adult. We request that each adult has responsibility for their own children only.
