Pancake Race!

Inter House events are always keenly supported in the Prep School and girls look forward to representing their Houses in a range of different activities. One of our favourite events is the annual Pancake Race.
This year, Shrove Tuesday fell during half term so we returned to school ready to race on Monday 19 February and every girl in Prep, from Year 1 to Year 6, represented her House in the relay races.
There was a huge amount of teamwork, enthusiasm and support evident as the pan and pancake shuttled back and forth across the playground, with the pancakes tossed midway through the run.
The final scores, after each year had competed, were extremely tight, with Curie a very close second by just one point and the win awarded to Frank House!
